Delivery Policy


In order for us to be honored to serve you and to be able to commit to delivery on the specified dates, your order will be processed through our electronic system and you will be transferred to the delivery department. Delivery upon subscription:

  • The customer must be present at the receiving location to ensure receipt of subscription vouchers.
  • (For subscription voucher customers) When your product order is accepted, we will send the order within two work(For contract customers) When your request is accepted, the contract is completed, and the required conditions and documents are met, we will send the request within 3 working days to arrange the delivery process.


Weekly delivery of exchange:

  • The customer leaves the empty packages outside with the coupons to ensure that the exchange process is completed on the specified day of delivery each week.
  • If empty packages with subscription vouchers are not left outside, we will not be able to complete the exchange.
  • If only empty packages are left outside, we will not be able to complete the exchange.
  • If only vouchers are left outside, we will not be able to complete the exchange.
  • Customers (contracts): In the absence of empty containers and the person responsible for signing the receipt, we will not be able to complete the exchange process.
