Exchange and return policy

Thank you for choosing Aqua Dool Company and purchasing our products. We are happy to serve you. Sometimes your opinion may change regarding the products you have purchased, but that's okay. We at Aqua Cool will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and as smooth as possible. The return and exchange process is done with great ease through us because we work by all means to make all users comfortable and provide them with an excellent and enjoyable experience, in addition to facilitating the return or exchange process for you in the following cases:


Product return or exchange policy:

  • The customer may return or exchange the product only if the product is in its original condition, packaging and not opened or used.
  • The customer may not return the coupons and get their fees refunded
  • The product must be stored away from direct sunlight and at room temperature. The customer bears responsibility for poor storage, and the customer has no right to return the product in this case.
  • The customer must inspect the products well immediately upon receipt, and in the event of any defects in the product or a problem with the product delivered to him, he must inform the company immediately to change the product.
  • The customer has no right to return water bottles to the company after opening them.


Return methods:

  • The customer has the option to refund the value of his purchase or exchange it for another product
  • The value of the purchases will be refunded to the same credit/debit card through which the purchases were paid within fourteen (14) business days.


Period for returning or exchanging products:

  • Returns and exchanges are made within 7 working days from the date of purchase


Cases of exchange and return of products:

  • If you receive the wrong product or item or the item is not as described as stated by the merchant in our store.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product.
  • If the products or goods violate Saudi standard specifications.
  • If you do not need the purchased product, the purchased item or product will be returned within 7 days from the time of purchase, with the customer bearing the costs of return or replacement.
